Check each wire-deduction magnet in turn and replace it

The correct resistance value should be 10\u0026Omega; or more. Use the resistance file of the multimeter to check whether there is a short circuit between the wire-deduction magnet lead and the frame (resistance is 0):

Check each wire-deduction magnet in turn and replace it. Use a multimeter to measure the AC voltage at pins 4 and 5 of the plug CZ6 connected to the power board socket in the control box should be 63V. Use a multimeter to measure the DC voltage of pins 2 and cap embroidery machine 3 of the socket CZ3 on the power supply board in the control box.. If it is not normal: remove the embroidery frame.

Check whether the wire buckle magnet is firmly connected to the power board: check and repair to make the connection firmly. Check whether the thread deduction signal is output from the main control board of the embroidery machine.

The DC voltage should be 90V 10%. Check whether the signal line from the main control board of the computerized embroidery machine to the power board is firmly connected. Is the thread deduction indicator L32 (KX) illuminated? If L32 (KX) does not light up, it means there is a problem with the control board (no signal output): replace the main control board.

If it is not correct: check whether the connection part is excellent; replace the power board. Use a multimeter to measure whether the power board transistor M5 is normal? If there is any problem: replace the transistor of the same model. Checking method and solving steps of computer embroidery machine's thread deduction not working:
